- Blood tests: Sometimes blood tests might be needed after video appointment. We have access to over 26 blood collection clinics UK Wide, covering most major cities. You can also have some important measurements taken there, e.g. blood pressure, oxygen, weight, height etc. We can also arrange home / workplace / hotel blood collection if within London Area.Â

1- Safety comes first, occasionally, a doctor may feel you need a physical examination or need to be seen urgently face to face or your condition can not be managed safely on the video. You will be advised regarding the safest course of action in your best interest.
2- Please do not book a video appointment for any severe symptoms or urgent clinical matters, e.g. chest pains, breathlessness, neurologic, Stroke / Seizures, severe mental health issues, suicidal thoughts etc.Â
