All Well Woman Checks Include following.
1. Medical History Review:
Discussion about personal and family medical history.
Review of lifestyle habits, including diet, exercise, and substance use.
2. Physical Examination:
Body mass index (BMI) calculation (weight and height)
Examination of vital signs (Blood pressure, Pulse)
3. Visual Acuity
4. Ear wax check
5. Blood Tests
Basic Well Woman Check: Cholesterol Levels, Blood Glucose Levels, Liver and Kidney Function Tests, Complete Blood Count (CBC), Bone Profile
Advanced Well Woman Check: All above + Ferritin, & Thyroid function test.
Female Hormone Profile, Menopause Profile and STI Profile can be added after discussion for an additional charge
6. Urine Dip test
7. Advice and Counselling
Lifestyle advice, including diet and exercise recommendations.
Smoking Cessation and substance abuse counseling if applicable.
Advice on stress management and mental well-being
8. Follow-Up and Referrals:
Recommendations for follow-up tests or consultations based on the results of screenings.
Referrals to specialists if specific health issues are identified.
